Arab Congress of Obstetrics & Gynaecology

It is indeed a great pleasure for me to extend my warmest welcome on behalf of the Arabian Federation of Gynecological and Obstetrical Societies (FAGO) to all of you in our historic city of Jeddah who take part in the 8^th Pan Arab Conference in Obstetrics and Gynecology and 14^th Annual Meeting of SOGS. The Saudi Obstetric and Gynecological Society is greatly honored to host this great event in the field of Obstetric and Gynecology. I have a great confidence that this conference will provide excellent opportunities for every researcher and clinician to share their invaluable experiences, knowledge, and technique, and in so doing paving the right way for the advancement of this Science.

The interest shown by our colleagues in the Arab World to attend this Congress has generated great responsibilities for us to make this event a memorable one for everyone academically and Society. It is interesting that distinguished papers have been submitted from different Arab Countries. The wide variety of submitted papers covers the whole range of Obstetric, gynecological and perinatal practice. Knowing the beauty and character of Jeddah and seeing the academic standard shown by the papers submitted, I am sure we are going to achieve this goal with ease. I am pleased to welcome you all to the pleasant weather that is still with us and I am looking forward to welcome you all in Jeddah.
